Frequently asked questions

Do you charge per employee?

No. Doers — the people who receive work, fill in forms and scan QR codes — are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Plans count only builders and admins. Adding a 50-person branch does not change your invoice by a cent.

Do you lock the account when I exceed a limit?

Nothing is blocked. Overage is billed at the tiered rates above, and the rate drops as volume grows. You never have to upgrade the whole plan because of one busy month.

Can I change or cancel mid-term?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the remaining term; downgrades apply from the next term. There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in contract.

What does “never a surprise invoice” mean?

You can set a spending cap on overage. When you reach it we tell you instead of quietly billing on. Everything that accrues shows up in your dashboard as it happens, not at the end of the term.

What changes if I pay for 6 or 12 months?

Six months up front is 5% cheaper, twelve months is 10% — the exact amount you save appears on each plan as you switch cycles. The price is locked for the whole term.

Prices exclude tax. People doing the work, anyone filling in via link/QR, and push notifications are never charged.
